Cookies, truffles, chocolates and Barley’s Biscuits, all produced on site at Gateway to Learning may be purchased online as well. Bulk and holidays orders are welcome, and special packaging may be arranged for an additional cost.

Barley’s Biscuits

In 2019, a Chicago craft brewery began upcycling spent grains leftover from beer making to a local Gateway to Learning’s bakery, with a goal to produce sustainable and clean products. Barley’s Biscuits for dogs came into existence using four ingredients: peanut butter, barley, eggs, and flour. Biscuits and swag are available at Dorothy’s Sweet Shoppe or online, as a one time purchase or as a subscription.

*Biscuits should be consumed in 6 months of the bake date.

Apparel + Swag

A portion of every purchase of a high-quality t-shirt, sweatshirt, tote or other item from our online shop on Bonfire is donated to Gateway to Learning. Choose from a variety of styles, colors and sizes. Options include branding for Gateway to Learning, Dorothy’s Sweet Shoppe and Barley’s Biscuits. Delivery to your home or office.
